3 day body split with dumbbells and barbells

and i have a question for you:
i want to workout with dumbbells and barbells 3 times a week like,
monday, wednesday and friday?
can you show me a 3 day body split that i can do in those days?
and please include in the 3 day body split a forearms, abs and calves workout too!

Here is what you do, get a copy of "Body For Life"
It has the workout you are looking for. It is in almost all libraries.
Then after a while you may want to change exercises. Go to bodybuilding.com and you'll find a section with a database of exercises for body parts where you can choose the body part, the kind of weight, the kind of result you are looking for, etc.
It also has videos.
That is your best bet! TO get an answer to your question faster.
But I will be putting a bunch of workouts on my site for people.
