This is a weight loss tip in the "71 Weight Loss Tips" series for times you are in hot weather.
Part of of maintaining your health, weight and body fat is by controlling cravings and sticking to health and nutrition rather than weight. But where you go from a cooler climate to a warmer climate, there are some unexpected changes that can derail your weight loss efforts. The sun finally comes out and you go ... crazy. Having fun and going out and soaking it all in. But later the fatigue starts to set it. It starts with mental lethargy then physical tiredness and then you need a fix and need it now. Soda and beer really hit the spot. CravingsWen there is a lot of heat, you will get cravings and sometimes not even feel it as a craving. The increase in heat, the exposure to the sun, will cause dehydration and a loss of electrolytes. You don't have to sweat to lose fluid. Water can evaporate off the body. So you may crave dense sugary fluids and salty foods.
