Appetite Suppressant




The first thing I want to say about appetite suppressants is to avoid them if you want to have permanent natural weight loss. They are counter-productive. This is one of the things that burns me up quite a bit when I see it. Unless there are extreme circumstances, don’t take them.

So what can you do if your appetite is killing you and making it so hard for you to do what you know you need to do to lose weight? Like in the afternoon when you are mentally tired and crave a sweet stimulant. Or when it is nighttime when a sweet snack would be oh so good. I’ve been there and done that. In fact, I remember times when I was lifting weights that my appetite became voracious. I needed food now and now was always.

First, understand and find the source of your appetite. Then you can do something about it.

Meal frequency is always the old standby that is the easiest to do! The trick is to plan and prepare and know what works for you. This one step alone can help you lose weight in addition to helping you with appetite and eliminating the need for an appetite suppressant.

Fiber supplements is an often overlooked tool to replace using an appetite suppressant. Soluble fiber in particular, slows the digestive process a degree and increases satiation. Fiber also reduces the surge of insulin which also can contribute to hunger and cravings.

Lack of Sleep and Appetite Control. Get too little sleep and your cravings for all the wrong foods will shoot through the roof.

Mineral Supplements to replace the appetite suppressant. Minerals are an important and completely overlooked secret for natural weight loss. Without minerals in sufficient quantity, balance and quality will not allow your cells to get hydrated. When your cells are hydrated by using mineral supplements, your cells use your fat for fuel!
