Bodybuilding Juicing
I am entering an amateur bodybuilding contest and I have been preparing for it over the past few months, but as expected the last few weeks are fastly apporaching and the diet for bodybuilding is killing me. I need to lose no more than 10 pounds in the next 2 and a half weeks and was wondering would juicing help me, if so what specific juice blends should I drink?

This is a hard question to answer with any specificity. I train bodybuilders for competition prep and losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks seems like there is something wrong.
