Learn the Correct Diabetes Exercise To Cure Diabetes

"If you do the wrong exercise, you can make your diabetes worse. Learn how to do the exact spot on exercise "

Doctors will tell you to exercise to help your diabetes. But, that’s all they say. You often are not sure what kind of exercise to do.

What I found is there are types and kinds of exercise that can make your diabetes worse. I developed simple indexes and indicators to show whether an exercise is helpful for reversing the diabetic condition or making it worse.

A diabetic cure has to show you how to sift through the vast array of exercises to find what is going to assist a diabetic cure.

Stress

Reducing stress is a major part of a diabetes cure. Some exercises will cause a lot more stress on the body and cause a worsening diabetes problem.

So the exercise needs to be low intensity but for a longer period of time. 45 - 60 minutes should be a minimum for a session.

The key of the exercise is that it needs to be constant and aerobic.

Adrenals

Fatigued adrenals is one of the major, hidden, causes of diabetes. When there is more stress the adrenals get more fatigued. So this is another reason why exercise has to be low intensity.

To get specific, you can use the guide I put on, "Best Exercise To Lose Weight"

Use that guide and keep your heart rate below that Maximum Aerobic Threshold.

Also use the tests on, "Adrenal Fatigue Tests." If those test keep showing you your adrenals are fatigued, you need to keep the exercise low intensity.

Cure Adrenals To Cure Diabetes

Part of the diabetes cure I developed involves curing the adrenals as well.

If you have the following symptoms, your adrenals need to be allowed to heal.

  • Cannot stay asleep
  • Crave salt
  • Slow starter in the morning
  • Afternoon fatigue
  • Dizziness when standing up quickly
  • Afternoon headaches
  • Headaches with exertion or stress
  • Weak nails Cannot fall asleep
  • Perspire easily under high amounts of stress
  • Weight gain when under stress
  • Wake up tired even after 6 or more hours of sleep
  • Excessive perspiration or perspiration with little or no activity
