Exercise Programs


"Chose exercise programs that give you the most flexibility and the greatest range of exercise types"


On this page are programs I have reviewed and recommend for my weight loss clients. They contain all the factors needed for hormone restoration.

Because most of my clients are in other countries I cannot train them personally. Also, personal trainers do not know how to adjust exercise to fit the person's health. The best solution I found was to use exercise programs. These come in the form of exercise videos. By being familiar with the programs myself and also being familiar with you as the client, I am able to adjust the use of the programs so you are getting consistent success.

They are also able to use these programs for years.

The only exception is if you have adrenal fatigue or excess cortisol. If you have either of these you cannot start these programs until you resolve adrenal fatigue and/or excess cortisol first.

I also guide my clients on how to best use these programs to get the best results for them. Each one has strengths and each of these programs also has weaknesses. One of the main weaknesses is simply that they are exercise videos and all exercise videos have a limited instruction on how to adjust them to your situation.

Depending on the client I tell them how to modify the program to make it work for you. For example, if I have a client who has hypothyroid, I have them double certain workouts. For those with weak adrenals, I have them take certain workouts away until their fitness test shows that they can add it back in.

I have tested many programs and many of them do not allow for maximum hormone enhancement. A major part of my method is restoring the glands and hormones through nutrition and proper exercise. This hormone imbalance can stop a person from being able to lose weight.

Most of the programs only focused on one type of physical stimulation and not another. Many were steady endurance type programs. This would not work for the clients that have congested livers or hypothyroid conditions.

Other programs were so extreme like P90X that would make a person with weak adrenals sick. If they did this, even with my modifications would get ill and get more fat on the midsection.

As I build this "Exercise Programs" page, I will be elaborating exactly why I chose each specific program. I will outline the benefits and drawbacks but also how I deal with those drawbacks with my clients.
