This is a new way to look at fat loss. It is a bit unconventional but it works better. If what you read is hard for you to have, please be patient and try to open your mind. It takes a long time for established views to change. One to remember is that what is taught currently does not work. America has an ever increasing growth of obesity and obesity related diseases that are unprecedented.

Losing fat will remain a mystery to you if you use the wrong data to get the right result.

MYTH: Fat is created to store excess calories

TRUTH: Fat as a calorie storage mechanism is easily disproved by examining the thousands of people that reduced their caloric intake and increased their fat percentage.

It seems fat is created to remove toxins from the vital parts and functions of the body.

A possible search for a "natural diet" could be done in this way:

Study overweight people and study underweight people. In the overweight sample, study what has been ingested and what has not been eliminated by the body. This can be done by examining excess tissue to see what are contained in them and studying what has been excreted. Also, to study what the food that overweight people eat is converted to.

With the underweight, study what nutrients are lacking from these individuals’ bodies for their proper activity, maintenance and repair of their bodies (metabolism).

By listing all the foods, substances and material that have been ingested by the overweight sample group, study what of these have been stored by the body and then study what food was converted to the excess storage.

For the underweight department, survey textbooks such as the Textbook of Medicine for a list of deficiencies. This list is grows with every new discovery or medical breakthrough.

By doing the above, you would end up with the elements of a natural diet. You will be able to know:

  1. What is needed to prevent a deficiency

  2. What food gets stored unnecessarily

  3. What converts to excess storage

One thing has been found as a common denominator in all three above that is vital to your weight loss, and it is this:

When you look at what was converted to excess storage, what was stored and what was needed to prevent a deficiency, there is one thing that shows up in each case as a common denominator. That is excess toxins and acidity.

IN ALL BODIES, FAT CONTAINS THE GREATEST CONCENTRATION OF TOXINS AND ACID THAN ANY OTHER TISSUE.

  • Toxins cause the need for excess fat to provide a buffer.

  • Toxins are stored in the fat cells in greater quantities than other cell tissue.

  • Toxins deplete vitamin and minerals in the body and thereby create deficiencies in the body. Deficiencies in vitamins and minerals, especially minerals, lowers the pH balance of the blood and makes the blood acidic.1

  • Excess acid is stored in the fat cells.

The subject of toxins is a very broad subject covering a tremendous amount of substances we encounter every single day. This page and this site is not about toxins or toxicity but about natural weight loss and its relationship to toxins.

There is no limit to how much you can eat. The more you eat of these foods and with greater frequency, the faster your weight loss and fat loss. Eat Frequently. At least every 3 hours.

    2. Reduce the consumption of Acid Forming Foods. I don't recommend or suggest cutting it out right away. If you do then you can expect withdrawals and detox symptoms of lethargy and lack of mental focus for a while.     4. Remove barriers from the digestive process. When food is not easily digested and broken down into the needed nutrients for building and maintaining the body, the food rots. It ferments and putrefies. This then becomes a poison(toxin) and the body begins to bloat up and retain water to get rid of these toxins. When food is left over in the digestive tract, it forms a plaque along the walls of the digestive tract and prevents the nutrients from being absorbed and from being formed.     6. Consume good fats. The fat you have on your body is very acid. It contains poisons. Your body will hold on to it if it believes there is not enough of it.
