Fat only in my stomach looks like water retention.

Question:

No matter how hard i train and eat right I can't lose my belly fat. i wake up 2 to 3 times per night and can't seem to sleep good. The harder I work out or diet the worse it gets is this adrenal fatigue. And what can i do if so.

===============

Answer:

If you are a man then yes your adrenals are weak and/or something is causing excess cortisol.

If you are a woman, then you may have high testosterone cause by elevated testosterone.

My book covers how a body recovers and therefore reduce stubborn stomach fat areas as well as water retention.

You can use that to evaluate your diet and exercise and how to adapt it to your current physical state.
