For someone working nightshift....
I started working night shifts 1 year ago, since then I have gained 32 lbs and no matter what I do the weight will not come off. Can what is outlined in your book help me and how. I used to be able to loose weight easily before working nights.

Yes, you are not alone. That is common. In fact what I see a lot of is not so much a work shift but even a change in schedule of general life.
So yes to answer your question my book covers the hormonal effect of sleep indepth. I also have solutions clients have used to solve it and you can also ask me for more specific help if you need it.
