"Replace your favorite foods without the weight loss effects."
Some of you need to groove yourself in to a lot of these weight loss foods. Many of the foods you eat contain toxins that cause weight gain and otherwise prevent natural weight loss. The solution has been to first get used to these Replacement Foods. These are foods that resemble common foods we all have grown up eating yet, they contain less or none of the weight gaining effects of the regular foods we eat.
