One of the hardest things for clients is not knowing what to eat when losing weight! They seem to see only what they cannot eat. Especially on phase 1 and phase 2. But the truth is that there is an abundance of food and combinations for you to play with. And the more you eat, the more weight you lose!


Weight Loss Recipes:
Replacement Foods

Some of you need to groove yourself in to a lot of these weight loss foods. Many of the foods you eat contain toxins that cause weight gain and otherwise prevent natural weight loss. The solution has been to first get used to these Replacement Foods.

If vegetable broth did not contain the minerals that are needed I would not care too much about them. But since they are one of the few foods that are so easy to prepare and that do contain the minerals to hydrate the cells they are now one of the more important foods to prepare and consume. Broths

Soups are another way of consuming the needed nutrients to shift the body to fat burning. Easy to Make, Easy to store, easy to clean up, and tasty.
