HCG injection question
Hello I am delivering my HCG subqutaneously for weight loss. right now i am just injecting it into my abdomen without 'pinch a piece of fat' do i need to pinch a piece of fat or can i inject it just straight into my belly? is there a difference?
also i've heard that subcutaneous injections cause more hunger than the IM delivery method, as it takes longer to process in the body. my main concern is that the subcutaneous HCG method won't work to get the fat storage out properly so i'l really just be losing weight by eating 500 calories but not in the way that simeons described with the 'fat storage' release. i am ok with the fact that subcutaneous is a slower delivery method, i just want to be ensured that its reaching where its supposed to and im not just living on a 500 calorie diet. have u heard anyhing about this?
thanks so much for your guidance!

HI Ariela,
Thank you for your question. It is a very good question.
For your first one:
“Hello I am delivering my HCG subqutaneously for weight loss. right now i am just injecting it into my abdomen without 'pinch a piece of fat' do i need to pinch a piece of fat or can i inject it just straight into my belly? is there a difference?”
Yes basically intrevenously is just injecting it into your direct blood stream. It is just safer to use the pinch method.
“also i've heard that subcutaneous injections cause more hunger than the IM delivery method, as it takes longer to process in the body.”
That is not my experience at all. Hunger on the HCG diet is disrelated to whether it is injections of sublingual. The hunger is almost purely related to hormonal factors.
The injections produce far more superior results by miles.
“my main concern is that the subcutaneous HCG method won't work to get the fat storage out properly so i'l really just be losing weight by eating 500 calories but not in the way that simeons described with the 'fat storage' release.”
This is just not the case. You just have to see it to understand. I have so many clients that are eating less and less calories and not loseing weight and so it is not a calorie issue. HCG is a hormone. It is that simple. Just like if someone took testosterone injections or anabolic steroid injections. A hormone is powerful no matter which it is. HCG is justa hormone. It has the unique property of adjusting your hypothalamus.
“i am ok with the fact that subcutaneous is a slower delivery method, i just want to be ensured that its reaching where its supposed to and im not just living on a 500 calorie diet. have u heard anyhing about this? “
The subcutaneous injections are not a slower method. It is a far faster method. Anyone telling otherwise is smokin crack. An no no no no no it is not about calories. That is so ridiculous. I hope this helps you. The HCG diet works and works well. The problem people have is that they have hormone imbalances or health imbalances that are blocking them from burning fat. And HCG will not overcome this. So after the HCG is complete their body will gain the weight back.
But that is not to say HCG didnt work. It did. It is just to say there is another problem affecting one’s body fat.
I hope this helps.
