"Are There Any HCG Side Effects?"
This page is about the side effects of hcg shot or hcg injection side effects.
The most common side effect reported with HCG use is pain at the injection site which can include bruising, redness, itching and swelling. It is also possible that some patients suffer from an allergic reaction which can result in a rash, swelling or pain at the injection site. There are other phenomena that can occur and is mistaken as being caused by HCG but it actually is not. The thing to rememnber is that HCG is a human hormone and women produce a lot of it when they are pregnant. The common amount used in the HCG diet is 125 mg a day. This is tiny compared to the amount of HCG a woman produces on her own during pregnancy. There are a number of clients that experience the same or similar symptoms of detoxification but they are a lot less severe.
