Hello! I am diagnosed with adrenal fatigue, subclinical hypotyroidism. and I cant lose weight.

by teri
(orange county, ca)

Over the last 2 years I have gained 20 or so pounds. I used to workout 5-6 times a week and count every calorie. I am 28 yeard old now. I recently was too exhausted to do it anymore, considering I still was gained no matter my efforts. I bought your book, and am trying to see what I may need to be doing differently. I've done no carbs, all salads, etc. I am on many supplements, I see holistic doctors and am slowly gaining energy, especially just because I've given myself a break by sleeping more and not working out as much. I do just want to lose 15 pounds now, so my clothes fit and I feel good in a bikini. I have the dumb pear shape I desperately want to get rid of. Oh an I've been doing liver detoxes regularly. I feel like I'm a mess, yet I feel I do everything right, I'm well educated on being healthy in our environment.my question is I guess, where do I start? Should I dive right into the liver detox phase you explain with the salads no protein and high ml foods? Or go back into the atkins approach? Also, I just did 2 rounds of the hcg diet that just didn't work for me as soon as I can eat good carbs again! I've gained all the 10 pounds I merely lost in 2 rounds. 5+weeks on the hcg diet. Everyone else I know who's done it, worked great on! Not me! I'm depressed and don't know what to do. Please help! I'm so confused and filled with despair. Thank you!
Teri
