Hormone imbalance does not fit any of your four examples exactly

Hi, I have bought your online book and found it simply fascinating..... My problem however is that, whilst it all makes perfect sense and appeals interlectually, I am not able to profile myself into any of the four categories, exactly. I seem to have symptoms that cross over and do not know where to start myself on a program.
Example, I would put myself in the "adrenal case" section, but my fat distribution refutes this. Next choice could be estrogen dominant, but there is no way I could take up any form of vigorous exercise, just the thought of it makes me feel quite nervous.....
So, I guess the question is what category do I fall into, and which treatment plan do I follow?
BTW - I am not so into experimenting, incase I do the wrong thing and send myself to bed with fatigue.....
Looking forward to your insights on this one.
Regards
Janet

Hi Janet, it sounds like you don't have the second edition. Since you left your email address I am sending you the copy of the second edition.
But to answer your question, your body fat distribution will tell you which hormone imbalance is prevalent... not your preference for exercise.
You will get the second edition in a few minutes. It is sending now!
