I would like to lose about 50 lbs. I'm 51 years old and a type 2 diabetic. How many times a day should I juice and for how long is it safe to do so? Thank you

Drink all day and as much as you like. The way to go wrong is to drink too little.
As for how long, it depends on your health imbalance and how much weight you are trying to lose.
Start with three days and then do another attempt for a longer period.
Ideally you want to go for a longer period of time like 2 weeks or even a month. Many of my diabetic clients went for about a month and lost a tremendous amount of weight and inches.
