How to lose weight fast. 15 year old. 75 kg. 5"4
I'm trying to lose weight. I am 16 years old, weigh 75 kg and 5"4. I want too lose about 10 kg in about a month or so. I eat mostly good food, 3 meals a day with fruit, veg and grains and drink about 2-3 800 ml bottles of water everyday. I don't often do exercise and want too lose fat especially from my stomach. How do I lose fat fast?
