How to lose weight fast. 15 year old. 75 kg. 5"4

I'm trying to lose weight. I am 16 years old, weigh 75 kg and 5"4. I want too lose about 10 kg in about a month or so. I eat mostly good food, 3 meals a day with fruit, veg and grains and drink about 2-3 800 ml bottles of water everyday. I don't often do exercise and want too lose fat especially from my stomach. How do I lose fat fast?

hi! i am in desperate need to lose a few pounds. i am 5' 3' and i weigh 120 lbs. i have a good stomach on me that i really want to take off.. is there any way i can do that without exercising at great amounts every day? because i do not have time some days because i have a job. is there a diet or something i could use? some of my friends say i dont need to lose weight but i am always conscious of it.. i hope you can help me out! Thanks a lot!

Hello there,

there are two kinds of excess weight. Excess water weight and body fat.

Excess water weight can be released pretty swift through cleanses and detxong the body. For body fat a safe speed to lose body fat is to lose about 1 lb a week. Losing more than 1 lb a week without working out all day in some kind of retreat setting is actually very harmful to your body and will cause your body to gain more fat back later on.

Following the steps in my book will get your body healthy and losing weight the healthy way so it stays off and you have really high levels of natural energy.

Especially when you are 15 years old the last thing you want to do is a crash diet. It will end up putting you in a much worse situation.
