I can't lose weight!

QUESTION:
I have been on an all juice diet for three weeks now I have been doing 40 mins. of cardio 3 times a week, and no weight loss. I do take med. for hypothyroidism, and it is under control. I am 44 yrs. old. My weight is pretty evenly distributed... thighs, stomach pooch, arm flap, buns.
I have two closets full of clothes that I haven't been able to fit in for two years, and I can't afford to buy a new wardrobe. I take b12, yohimbe extract, and vit. D. I think I am doing everything right. I just bought a powdered mix that contains more protein so I could add a little balance.
What can I do? I am so discouraged.
Thanks.

ANSWER:
Hi Stacy,
I got what you're saying. There are other things that can cause your body to store weight. A juice diet can be a great thing assuming you are having the right juices. I'd check a few things.
What juices are you drinking?
Have you done my assessment? My assessment will hone in and find the different parts of your metabolism that are storing fat.
It does sound like a classic hypothyroid fat distribution. But the thing is there are many different reasons for hypothyroidism. There is adrenal fatigue, iodine deficiency, over training, low-calorie diets, toxins, estrogen dominance, inflammation, to name a bunch of them.
I can imagine how frustrated you are with all the work you are doing. But the fact is there are so many causes of weight GAIN that people don't know about so they end up only knowing a few ways to release excess weight.
