I don't know what to ask, but pleas read...

I can't seem to lose weight. I had a history of overeating. I've been done with that for at least 7 years and think I have done well with portion control. I still can't get my body to respond. The most that I've lost with grueling exercise was 18lbs and it took 6 months to lose. I gained it back as soon as I couldn't spend the $$$'s on the personal trainer anymore. I spent a lot of money. I lost 15lbs on HCG, but gained it back. I'm so at wit's end because my body is beginning to deteriorate and I think it's all related ot my morbid obesity. I weigh anywhere from 291 to 299 lbs on any given day. I'm a 5'4 AA female. Though I have excellent blood pressure and don't have diabetes, my body hurts too much of the time. I have burning, tingling and host of other symptoms that I believe are weight related. I could go on.. but I need help. There are two important factors, though: One, I had a pituitary adenoma. It caused my breast to give milk as far back as when I was 13. That continued until I was 27. I'm now. 41. I took bromacriptine and have not history of the adenoma now, but I just believe that hormonally I'm out of whack.

The other that I wish you to consider is.. I'm growing desparate and have just ordered a single gear juicer and want to go 0 to 60 because I have to get relief in my body. I don't want to take anymore tylenol, celebrex, lyrica .. i never have wanted to take any of that junk but sometimes th pain was just to intense not too. I love green veggies (greens, kale, broccoli... ) I guess the questions could be: How do I began a juicing regimen that will help to restore my body.. (shot knees, osteoarthritis in knees and back) and not undo what the juicing does? Is a juicing fast practical for a period of time? I know I need detoxification, too.

I am so sorry you are going through this.

Unfortunately your story is a common one.

To answer your question, you just need to start. If you got my book I outline a detox as the start of making over your metabolism. But you just need to start and consume a lot of green juices.

You want to make use alkaline foods as much as possible.

But you definitely need to detoxify. Everything you are describing has to do with a pretty high level of inflammation that you have throughout your body.

I don't know if you have my book, Metabolism Makeover, yet or not, but you need to get it and use it asap.

People today, just don't know what the causes of weight gain are. They think it is calories and eating too much and being sedentary.

You are an example of how that is not the case. There are health imbalances that people, and now many children, are exhibiting and they all slow the metabolism down to a snails pace.

Worse they are leading to serious health consequences. This whole weight loss method was actually a side result of getting peoples hormones in balance. When I did that, they all lost weight and were able to keep it off.

I refined what I did into a method people can go through and apply for themselves. I urge you to take advantage of this and follow it immediately.
