I have PCOS...

by Aimee
(VA)

I have PCOS and have the same symptoms associated with type 2 diabetes, insulin resistnace. I am unable to lose any weight and eat healthy and walk every day. My question is, what type of diet should I be following? What should I be eating to help with the pcos and weight loss? I was prescibed Metformin, however it made me sick and I took myself off of it. I am at a loss as to why I cannot lose weight. I am 100 pounds over my weight.

Hi Aimee,

Thank you for your post.

What is not commonly know about PCOS is that it is caused by excess insulin in the blood. This excess insulin is caused by insulin resistance. The insulin resistance is caused by a host of different factors that are all covered in my book.

Adrenal fatigue, stress, toxins in the environment and in foods all result in insulin resistance. When there is elevated levels of insulin in the blood, your ovaries are given a signal to produce excess androgens (Male hormones), especially testosterone.

It is this signal that causes the cysts to form. Eventually if the cysts rupture it is a physically painful experience.

It is this imbalances of excess testosterone that causes the irregular menstrual cycles, decreased estrogen, acne, hair loss, etc.

In my book there is a guide for people who have adrenal fatigue. I outline step by step what to do. that is the path you need to take.

I need to eliminate sugar and foods that cause insulin to spike. Consuming a lot of good fat such as omega 3's also increase insulin sensitivity. By following the adrenal fatigue plan, you will find the correct level of intensity to exercise at so you are not further stressing your body and elevating your blood sugar that way. Doing the cleanse that I describe in my book also has a tremendous beneficial impact on PCOS.

There are also supplements to help adrenal fatigue in my book that I list. In the case of PCOS, it is also very helpful to take a natural supplement that helps men with prostate issues. Women with PCOS also have the same hormonal problem men have with prostate. With men the result is balding and enlarged prostate. With women it is PCOS.

To summarize, follow the adrenal map I outline in my book. Also read the whole book so you see the whole picture. Most doctors and also natural healers tend to explain or treat thing out of context. My book gives the whole entire picture. When you get the whole picture, you can see much more clearly why you have been having such a hard time getting better.

ML,
Yegyan
