im losing weight and stressed out

i am naturaly thin to begin with and over the last 10 months i have been very stessed out and loosing weight i have gon from 160 to 140 and am now having intestinal issues ihave been trying toget some answers from my doctor but all my blood panels come back good could there be an underlying problrm say gastrinterites or perhaps olcers in my intestines?

Here is what I want you to do. Please answer the questions below and post the answers back on the thread.

I also want to know the following?

Are you eating regularly? (3 meals a day)
Are you sleeping enough? (7 - 8 hours a night)
Is the stress that started 3 months ago reduced or still continuing?
Do you have insomnia?

Answer each question on a scale of 0 through 3, with:
0 = never, 1 = rarely, 2 = occasionally, 3 = frequently

Category 1
_____ Bowels do not empty completely
_____ Lower abdominal pain relieved by passing stool or gas
_____ Alternating constipation and diarrhea
_____ Diarrhea
_____ Constipation
_____ Hard, dry or small stool
_____ Coated tongue or ?fuzzy? debris on tongue
_____ Pass large amount of foul smelling gas
_____ Less than one bowel movement daily
_____ Do you use laxatives frequently?

Category 2
_____ Excessive belching burping or bloating
_____ Gas immediately following a meal


_____ Offensive breath
_____ Difficult bowel movements

_____ Stomach pain, burning or aching 1?4 hours after eating

_____ Temporary relief from antacids, food, milk, carbonated beverages
_____ Digestive problems subside with rest and relaxation

_____ Roughage and fiber cause constipation
_____ Indigestion and fullness lasts 2-4 hours after eating

_____ Excessive passage of gas
_____ Nausea and/or vomiting
_____ Frequent urination
_____ Increased thirst and appetite

_____ Stool undigested, foul smelling, mucous-like, greasy or poorly formed

Category 5
_____ Greasy or high fat foods cause distress
_____ Lower bowel gas and or bloating several hours after eating
_____ Bitter metallic taste in mouth, especially in the morning
_____ Unexplained itchy skin
_____ Yellowish cast to eyes
_____ Stool color alternates from clay-colored to normal brown
_____ Reddened skin, especially palms
_____ Dry or flaky skin and/or hair
_____ History of gallbladder attacks or stones
_____ Have you had your gallbladder removed?
