Is it safe for me to use your methods while I am under a medically supervised detoxification program?

I suffered from chronic fatigue for years(diagnosed in 2003, symptoms started in 1990) before a naturopathic physician diagnosed my problem as chronic fatigue secondary to amalgam illness(chronic mercury poisoning). I had multiple problems associated with it, including adrenal fatigue, and it was made even worse by being on the pill for fourteen years (prescribed by an MD to help unrelenting and debilitating PMS).
It took two years to detox from the hormone overload from the pill, and mercury detox has been slow but steady.
I had to take a break from it since I couldn't work while on it, so once I started feeling better, I gradually started detox again.
Now I've been on detox for the last month, and the symptoms of adrenal fatigue are definitely present (I failed the pupillary constriction test you mention on your website, fatigue and brain-fog have come back, exercise makes me feel worse, etc). I lost 22 pounds about a year ago with a well-known diet and weight loss program, but have gained 13 pounds back, and the scale won't budge(and I generally eat well, but I'm not consistent...with eating or exercising). I have moderate fat deposits on my neck, abdomen, hips and rear-end. A year ago I felt good exercising, but now with the detox program, I'm wiped out, and no amount of rest makes it better.
I feel like I'm over-stressing my body, and I'm not sure what to do...and, I wondered if your program would help me as I detox. I'm tired of feeling worn-out, battling brain fog, and not knowing what to eat so I feel satiated.
Is it OK to do your program as I detox?
Thanks so much for any insights you can give me.

Hi Carol,
I'm glad you found someone to point out a poison was in your and your husbands system.
And good job for keeping your integrity and staying as natural as you can.
You are a "classic' case of the person I see. The weight will always be tough when the body is that stressed.
Here's the thing...
Toxins in the body cause physical stress. Almost always we only realize how much stress it has causes only when it is gone!
To your question however, you asked will my methods work while doing a detox?
I would like to clarify a bit. The only reason being, my program is quite comprehensive and encompasses several elements that work synergistically together.
Part of my whole program is detoxing to one degree or another.
If you're asking if you can do the other elements while doing the detox you are currently doing, then the answer is as follows...
Doing the other parts, such as correct exercise for your fitness levels, using a supplement program tailored to you and setting appropriate milestones for yourself, the answer is yes. But...
It will take longer if you have amalgam toxicity. You see, when there is something as severe as amalgam toxicity or radiation poisoning, the body will "burn" up all micronutrients (vitamins, minerals and trace vitamins and minerals) very fast. This will include the supplements I recommend.
So yes you will feel releif but it will be slower for that reason.
When I have someone in your situation, or with radiation poisoning or radiation toxicity, I first refer them to a particular detox program. It is totally separate from me. It specifically addresses drawing out toxic particles that are stored in the body for years or decades.
Almost all the time, the people I refer to this do not need me anymore because they are doing such better without the toxic burden. they usually want just a bit of coaching for long-term prevention.
Working with me without doing that program (for these cases) will be too slow and not as cost effective for the client because of the aforementioned reasons.
I hope this helps you and answers your question. Do let me know if it didn't. I appreciate your post very much as there are others in your shoes or similar.
L,
Yegyan
