About Me

Is there a more compressed version of your book or any time saving juicing tip?

I am a new mom (it's my first child and she is a little over a year) and I'm about to go back to school. I'd like to get in shape, but I don't have the time to go through a huge book of do's and don'ts. ( And it doesn't help that I'm not the fastest reader in the world) I would like to get started on a healthy and lasting weight loss and exercise regime because, at the very least I understand the importance of the nutrients and minerals you can get from incorporating juicing in my diet. And I want to be a good example to my daughter. Is there a compressed version of the book? And because of some time crunches through out the day, is there any juicing that can be done and stored for a two day increments?

Answer to your question

Thank you for your questions.

To address the subject of a more condensed version of the book, at this time there is not a more condensed version. You can go to the end where I go over the actual ten steps and do those steps. In the beginning of the book I write that if you want to go to the actual steps to take you just go to that part of the book.

After coaching so many people, I found the true key to lasting weight loss is by understanding the body and understanding what it needs. When a person is told what to do and does not have an understanding, they are not able to keep the weight off because the body changes over time.

It is for that reason I spelled it all out so a person can have a reference they can use for the rest of their life and refer to as the body changes.

In the future, I will be producing an audio version, a course and possibly a more condensed version of the book.

As for juicing, yes you can put juices in the fridge for up to 3 days. Also in the book I write about how consuming foods with moisture levels 90 - 100% should be a majority of your diet.

I applaud you for wanting to set a standard for your child. Though this may take longer, reading all I wrote in the order that I wrote it will give you more ammunition to help your child make better choices. Especially the section in my book regarding environmental toxins.

Children are the unfortunate recipient of most of the environmental and dietary toxins out there and it is showing up now with the highest levels of child obesity and child diabetes to date.

Also, you have this forum to ask questions for clarification. You also can email me directly on the direct email link and we can talk on the phone as well. My intention is to make this be the total end to your struggle, so I want to be as available as I can for you.
