Juice Fast for Natural Weight Loss

I use a specific juice fast as the key component for my weight loss system. It has the unique ability to reset the metabolism of an individual and change the way it deals with body fat.

However, most people do it in a way that is so taxing to their systems or in a way that perpetuates their weight loss problem.

Typical Drink For My Clients

Let’s take an example of a common juice I drink and have my clients drink as a basic green drink for their juice fast:

5 - 6         Celery Stalks
5 - 6         Kale Leaves with the stems
5 - 6         Leaves of Romaine Lettuce
1 - 2         Roma Tomatoes
1/2         Cucumber
1 T         Lemon Juice

(If I find their liver is weak, then I add Beets into the mix.)

For some, this flavor (Chlorophyl) is too strong so they add an apple or two to sweeten it. Apple is very high in potassium and very low in sodium so it is a good sweetener.

This type of juice provides something that is absolutely necessary for quick weight loss and natural weight loss - Minerals. Minerals in the right balance and quality to go straight into the cells and combine with water to release energy and cause your cells to start burning fat for energy.

Juice Fast for Minerals for Weight Loss

These are not any kind of minerals. For your cells to use minerals effectively, they have to be in a certain ratio and quality and volume. If not, then they are not very helpful and actually can cause mineral deficiencies if they are out of balance.

In fact, there are 54 trace minerals (these are mineral is very small quantities) that need to be in a certain ratio to work effectively. And they need to be in your cells!

Then there are the macro-minerals. These are minerals that are used in bigger quantities by the body. Minerals like: calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium to name a few. Many of you have already heard of these macro-minerals.

The sad truth is that supplements do not provide mineralization at the cellular level. A person can consume supplements and a test can be done to see an increase in mineral content in urine. But, when the right minerals are taken you do not see this type of increase in the urine. My juice fast provides this.

Why Are Minerals So Important to Natural Weight Loss?

Because three of the macro-minerals, sodium-chloride (salt) and potassium are the SOLE determining factors of how much water goes into your cells or out of your cells.

Salt drives water into your cells if there is not enough potassium in the cells. If there is too much potassium in the cells and not enough salt outside the cells, too much water is driven out of the cells and the cells become small.

In our current society, the deficiency of salt is practically impossible. You can’t even avoid it if you eat anything processed. So the cells are being stuffed with water. This is known to many as “water retention”. It causes a bloated, pudgy appearance and there is low energy and high blood pressure.  

Increasing potassium in the cells causes a drastic reduction in water retention.

What About the Trace-Minerals?

The trace minerals are needed in the cells so that water can combine to something to create the needed chemical reactions to release energy in abundance. If there is not enough trace minerals in the cells, water goes into the cells and it leaves just as fast and even takes minerals out of the cells.

Many of you have experienced drinking water but still feeling thirsty.

I have also read stories about laborers who were sweating by working in the heat and despite drinking a lot of water, they still ended up in the hospital from dehydration and heat stroke. They needed minerals to make the water effective.

When water combines with trace minerals, many dynamic chemical reactions occur in the cells and in the body. A lot of stored energy in the cells gets released.

Clients describe this as feeling calmer and flowier, mentally focused and lighter. They feel much greater reserves of energy. They also lose cravings for sweets. They are also less hungry and have a desire for more mineral rich foods.

This is because the energy that was stored in their cells is being released.

So the cells need to replenish their energy supplies. If there is a lack of sugar, the nervous system will breakdown your body fat and turn that to energy for your cells.

Water, when mixed with trace minerals cause a release of energy in the cells at such a fast rate that eating is too slow in replacing the energy stores in the cells. So body fat is used. A juice fast allows this to happen very rapidly.

This Juice Fast Alkalizes the Blood and Releases Fat

Minerals also alkalize the blood. As I talked about in “Fat Loss” fat also stores acid. By alkalized the blood and flooding the body with alkalinity, the acid can be released and the fat stops needing to store it.

Not only do clients lose weight faster than ever. They feel fantastic.

So Where Do I Get These Minerals?

I do know of supplements that are the best in the world for the price. BUT, no supplements will EVER compare with food that is alive and contain life.

So these green vegetables are the best source of the correct amounts, quantity, quality in macro-minerals and trace minerals AND they also go into the cells so easily, they are the perfect mineralization food.

But, I understand that it can be tough for some to juice. I am happy to point you in the right direction for a mineral supplement.

Either way, this type of juice fast with primarily vegetable juices, you can cause the body to stop using sugar for energy and covert to using fat much faster than any other way.
