LOW CORTISOL LEVEL

QUESTION:
I have a blood test that show my cortisol level is much too low to the given standard , I have taking prednisolone since 2004 October because of some allergy from my hands and foot palm after the said medication and tapering of the said medicines it appear again and I self medicate using the same drug until now I am tapering this drug for alternate day for 5mg and 7.5mg every other day. now I'm too weak if i compare my strength before. every other day i have to go back for a bed rest. And this is my daily routine. Please help me to support this kind of sickness I have , bye the way im arthur danugrao a filipino and now here for four month in the philippines for medical evacuation in qatar the doctor findings is steroid induced myopathy and quada equina syndrome. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE TO OVERCOME THIS ILLNESS I HAVE . GOT TO GO BACK TO MY WORK.

I am so sorry you are going through that.
If I understand you correct, you are tapering off?
If so then you want to taper off completely.
There are natural supplements that will help restore your cortisol levels.
Low cortisol is usually due to adrenals at their final stage of exhaustion.
I would do a full recovery program for you that also detoxes your body of the medications you are currently taking.
on my "Supplements" link on the nav bar. There is a product called adrenacalm, adrenastim and ADB5. Those three will help restore your adrenal function. But you have to be off the synthetic hormones first to get a recovery.
