After losing weight many people move on to other goals. Some take on a sport or new physical activities. Some take on creating the figure they always wanted. This was too lofty a goal at one time but now it is real.

For others, they are already here but they want an easier time. They have the feeling they are working too hard for the results they are getting.

For some, natural bodybuilding is simply an utterly confusing subject to find information about. There are bodybuilding routines all over the place and it is overwhelming. Where do you start? How much do you lift? How many reps? Which exercises do you do? It seems there are as many answers to these questions as there are people in the gym.

So what is the answer for you?

That is what this section is about. It is to help you find YOUR answers and sift through all the conflicting natural bodybuilding advice.


Weight Training Schedule

The first article on this is about weight training schedules. Most questions revolve around what exercise to do and what routine or program to do. But before getting into that, people need to step back and go over the schedule first.
