No one has been able to help so far!

I have ptsd and chronic fatigue,hi cortisol, dead low all other hormnes,Wight 115 lbs with 30% body fat at 5ft 6.5 "!No one has been able to help..Ive tried everything and dont believe in raw foods made me worse and am dead aginst it with what I've learned the hard way!No natrapath has been able to help.I am very well informed.I have too much inner and outer thigh fat that I hate cause it looks odd on my very slender legs and look disporpotionate.Otherwise i look some what anorexic,with abit of belly and waiste fat.I'm 39. dont sleep and I like to do gentle yoga but what i can do isnt reaaly going to bulid muscle but i know i can build leg muscles and abit more mucle with yoga if i held my poses longer and repeated them.I cant do back to back intense sets as i get too activated out of breath and increased joint pain and have to stretch between sets.i dont do cardio cause it really increases my corisol even more! can you help? or have any suggestions? your e book seems interesting , except i dont do e books, as emf are very unhealthy for gaba production.Ican see you are very smart and have very organized logical organization and comprehention abilities unlike my very intuitve nature.so i know i can learn a thing or two.Please do share!

glad to hear back from you.

To answer your question, my book will solve your problem. Plain and simple.

It will tell you what you need to get back to where you want to go.

It will show you how to get from you current condition to a condition of high fitness.

It will show you what you do not know that is keeping you from healing.

Hi Yegan.Thank you for you heart felt empathy and sharing, reafirming what I already know.The key point you mentioned is the high protien, although I take a very high protien diet of lots of whey and eggs and meats daily,and decent fat not too much cause liver is overloaded, I actullay never clued in between catabolic pattern and my protien needs. Also to add, this is beyond the adrenals they dont build in my condition cause the problem is ego conditioning that takes years to change due to developmental conditioning .....its actually about healing and balancing the amegdela and the hypothalamus ,spiritually, emotionaly, while learning mindfulness and lasly the densest layer of exixtance is the physical.At my stage although diet is an essential mesh to hold things together from oozing out of the physical containment, but the soul is the one that is wounded hence that's where the study and intergration of the soul has become the essential key.As for fitness, I have a few certifications in fitnes, yoga and body rolling,etc,however I now I work mostly on an intuitve basis my condition urges me towards authenticity and creative expolation for healing my karmic calling Which in reality is the leading edge of what's to come as all these complications are due of the lack of integrirty of the modern age that is becoming a trajic epidimic in every way.I always want to learn but end up teaching more than learning in these situations and I don't get what I need from anyone else as I said no ones been able to help.Perhaps I have to be the wounded helper ans keep serving .Not sure still what your book would teach me, as you didn't mention .Also I had no intention of have a web page,and feel disapointed for the lack of clairity in this transaction. I just had questions hoping for some real answers that's all.

Hi Tannauaz

I am so sorry youre going through all that.

It must be very hard.

Yes you have to 1) strengthen your adrenals and 2) remove any hidden causes of stress on your adrenals as well.

You are right a raw food diet is the worst thing you can do for someone who is in your shape.

You will have to find your ideal metabolic response to food and what foods cause that and use that.

YOu need to either get my book, get a consult or get some coaching.

If you dont like reading from a screen, print it out and read it on paper.

You will need to address your adrenals first before dealing with the body fat. You are in a situation that is unhealthy and can get worse suddenly.

In the end you need to find out what your "Food Type" is. This the exact food ratio that causes your body to heal.

This is first step. However, in your condition, your body is burning through protein so fast you will need to make sure you are getting ample supply of dense protein.

The other nutrient your body is burning through very fast is fat. You want to make sure you are consuming an ample about amount of fat in your diet. consume good fat. Oils like olive oil, grape seed oil, flax seed oil, etc.

You are right, too much exercise will be the worst thing you do.

Once your adrenals are healed you want to know how to start moving your fitness toward optimum health.

Most people will not be able to help you because they focus on too narrow a scope and do not focus on the bigger picture. They will tell you take one supplement or a group of supplements OR tell you to try a diet or something like that.

The real resolution is to get a comprehensive plan that includes all the basics you need to restore your health and fitness.
