Ok with Adrenal Fatigue
Ok so with Adrenal Fatigue should I do cardio everyday with my heart rate under 135 based off the information in your book. I'm 35 and excercise 3 to 5 times per week but cant lose my belly fat and hold no fat anywhere else. What should I do I'm using your book but need to know where to start?

I would just follow the steps in the book from step 1 - 10. If you have determined you have adrenal fatigue, then you would follow the steps for that.
Belly fat is the first thing to go when the steps are applied.
