It is funny, you are the second person who posted who worksout waaaaaaaay too much and gaining weight.

So let me get this straight... you do soccer everyday AND do 3 INTENSE WEIGHT TRAINING workouts a week?

And you wonder why you're gaining inches in your midsection?

Unless you are on anabolic steroids or testosterone injections or human growth hormone injections, you cannot expect your body to not get blooated or fat around the midsection.

You are stressing your body so much, what do you expect?

So I'd start with cutting back your workouts. If you HAVE to do soccer everyday, then just stick to that. Or increase your sleep to maybe 9 - 10 hours a day and increase your calories a LOT!

or maybe you need ask yourself why you put your body through all that and still expect it to remain lean?

Male 17 and a half years old
I eat those foods:brown rice, vegetables, chicken breast, oatmeal, almonds, nuts, tuna; and sometimes low fat dairy, peanutbutter whole grain bread,1-2 apples/day at school...I have a cheat day also sunday to raise my cortisol back, but the cheat meal is pizza or maybe peanutbutter with bread..
I don't have time now to measure my body fat percentage sorry:(
Workout routine: 3 times/week hard intense workout with weights and body weight exercises like squats, lunges, push ups..
Every day a soccer training:D might be the problem, but i must do it..is my first priority
And i always change my eating routine, and workouts so my body won't have a clue...
Thanks for reply and please help me...Zalaba

Hi,

What you are describing can be caused by a number of things. Are you male of female? What is your eating like on a daily basis? Can you post a diary of your last three days here?
Have you checked your body fat percentage?

What is your workout routine?

What is your age?

From what you told me, it could be bloating due to water retention, it can be constipation or digestion issues, it can be increase in insulin or and imbalance of cortisol.

Also if you don't change your routines and diet, your body will always go back to storing fat (after a certain age).

So if you can fill me in here, that will really help point you in a direction.
