Quick Weight Loss Diet

The quick weight loss diet I use is the only one I have found that preserves and restores health.

My natural weight loss consultations are geared to getting a person to a liquid diet for a period of time to reset their nervous system to use fat for fuel, and them move them to a raw diet to condition and rebalance the body and get it to use all nutrients for fuel including fat so sugar is not the only fuel used.


End the Dependence on Sugar for Fuel

For people who cannot lose weight, their bodies are stuck on using sugar for fuel instead of all the nutrients. This is why they feel tired all the time. Sugar is used up so quickly and what is not used up gets metabolized into fat.

Then there is a lack of sugar and you feel tired.

When all nutrients are used such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats, the body can make energy for longer periods of time instead of the short burst that sugar allows.

So the person now has longer periods of energy, is more balanced AND best of all the body fat is being used as fuel instead of just sugar.


A Quick Weight Loss Diet that is Natural

A liquid diet that hydrates the cells is the fastest way to get the nervous system able to stop using only sugar for fuel. When the cells get hydrated a lot of stored water in the body leaves right away. This causes a sudden drop in weight. This is mostly true with men. Men tend to store more body water than women. Then going on the raw diet is where you see the greatest loss in fat and reshaping of the body. This is the "quick weight loss diet"

But after this initial drop in weight, fat loss, as opposed to weight loss can continue.

In "Moisture Index" I put a scale of foods and their water content. High water content foods should be the only foods used during this quick weight loss diet.

This can be in the form of a "Juice Fast" when only actual liquids are being consumed or a combination of actual liquid juices and foods that are so high in moisture content that they are practically liquid.

When you chose foods in the 90% to 100% category, and consume these exclusively, you will experience quick weight loss.

How you phase out of this is what determines whether you keep the fat off or not.


Maintaining Your Success

By reintroducing cooked and solid foods that are not high in moisture, do so such that the majority of what you are eating is mineralizing and alkalizing. The "Natural Weight Loss Recipes" show different dishes that are high in moisture content that can be used to make things interesting.


The Key to Keeping it Off

Going back to a maintenance phase after this is the key to keeping the weight off after your quick weight loss has been attained. You need to keep your cells hydrated. You can read "Drink Water to Lose Weight" to understand what hydration really means. But for all of us, as our bodies grow older and wiser, our body changes the way it can metabolize foods. It changes the way it responds to things. Hydration through mineralization is the key to fat loss and natural weight loss no matter which way you do it. Whether it is quick or slow, the cells need minerals to burn fat and keep burning it.

  • One of the keys to success with your liquid diet is preparation. You may need to groove yourself into it both with your body and also with your lifestyle.

  • On the liquid diet you need to consume a lot. The more you consume the more you will succeed. But for busy people, being caught empty-handed when they are hungry is the death blow to success.

  • Hunger needs to be avoided at all costs. Well, not ALL costs obviously.

  • Eat a lot of the high MI foods (90% and above) for breakfast. The more fiber you get into your digestive tract the easier it will be for you later in the day.

  • Sleep more. In fact in my consultations I have people get more sleep first and then start on the diet.

  • Keep it interesting by varying the foods you eat. "Weight Loss Recipes" For the liquid diet the recipes that contain only the highest moisture content are noted as such.

  • A quick weight loss diet HAS to be followed up with a maintenance program to adjust to the new way your body is working now.
