Quick Weight Loss is a subject I sometimes hesitate to talk about because it connotes the worst of weight loss - sacrifice of health. And most of the programs cause increases in fat over the long term anyway.

However, the fact of the matter is there is weight loss that is rapid and healthy and provides true abundant health.
