Resistance band training is when you do your workouts with the use of resistance bands. Most people do not use this tool very effectively. As a result, they do exercises that do not have a big impact on their weight loss. But when a person goes to a store and gets resistance bands, and that is all they have, they will not be able to do most of those key exercises. The second part to resistance band training is have the ability to change resistance and also have a wide range or resistance to chose from. I'll give you an example. Most of you will buy one resistance band with handles attached. This will cause a problem because some exercises will require a much greater resistance for you to get any benefit. Other exercises may require a lesser resistance. So then you go and get another another resistance band. You may get two or three this time. This solves the problem temporarily. The problem will come when you get stronger. There are also some exercises that will require you to us a resistance that is in between two resistance. The best solution is to have resistance bands that allow you switch resistance. between handles and add and subtract bands to the handles easily. There are also some exercises like the squats for both men and women and the chest press for men, that will require high resistance. These muscles get strong. Some solutions are to hold more than one resistance band at the same time. This is just plain aggravating. As you get more fit, there are other exercises you will want to do to keep progressing. Exercises such as leg extensions and and leg curls. You can't do these with regular resistance bands. You need another tool to connect the bands to your ankles. To summarize, resistance band training is a very practical and viable method to exercise for weight loss but there are some considerations to take into account first so you won't waste money and time. The best solution for resistance band training is to learn the proper way to do resistance exercise and also to have the proper tools and equipment.
