Resistance Training


"Resistance Training is necessary for resetting your metabolism."


Resistance exercise is a must for anyone serious about natural weight loss.
You cannot optimize your natural weight loss without this type of exercise. However, there are some rules to keep in mind when doing resistance exercises. If you violate these rules, you will lose all the benefits of resistance exercise.
