Your life after your teens will become very sedentary. Your activity level will drop sharply from this point onwards. Technology has its blessings but it has its curses as well. Sedentary lifestyles are one of these curses. -
Your metabolism will slown from this point forward. Even if you continue your level of acivity and keep it constant. Your body's ability to create muscle, growth hormone, testosterone decrease. It is part of the cycle of life. All other things remaining equal, your body after the teen years will change in this way. -
The level of responsibily will increase from this point. This is a great thing in that it allows you to grow and experience more from life and create your own life. But it also means that you are simply going to get busier. The demand for conveneince will skyrocket. Fast food, processed food, missing meals, sleeping less, etc will become a solution to the increase in responsibilities. Go Forward With 20/20 Vision
So the advice here is to go forward into the future with 20/20 vision. I have gone through many clients and they can see 20/20 in hindsight. They can see what they could have done differently.
