I guide you to your "Fat Burning Zone" and make it as easy and smooth as possible to change your lifestyle so everything around you supports a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Your "Fat Burning Zone" is where your body has converted to using fat for fuel rather than storing it. People who cannot lose weight are not able to do this. To stay in the Fat Burning Zone, you have to exercise within certain guides and eat within certain guides.

These guides are dependent on your body and nervous system. I teach you how to do this.

We don't just go over your food choices and exercise routines. We also usually go into the emotional and mental aspect of weight problems.

With coaching we schedule a weekly meeting over the phone, Skype, in person (if you are in the area), Yahoo or MSN Instant Messenger, or any online communication that is available to both of us.

You get 24 hour turn around to your emails and phone calls. You will get priority to all your needs before other emails and questions.

You get your questions answered faster. Also, because we talk often your answers will be based on much more knowledge about you and your preferences and needs.

Our consults are very in depth and cover all aspects of your weight loss barriers. I educate you on your how your metabolism works, your hormones, your metabolic type, your body type so you can finally understand it.

Different Phases of

The "Weight Loss Coach Program" and support goes through a few very in-depth phases.

Data Gathering

The first step is the information gathering and interviews for me to determine what type of person you are, what kind of lifestyle you lead (travel a lot, business owner, executive, stay at home mom, athlete, model, etc) your program is designed with your lifestyle in mind.

This is missing a lot on weight loss programs. Your lifestyle can make some weight loss diets impossible to do!

The "YOU" DietTM & Exercise Plan...

What you are getting is the "YOU" plan... If you are at my site and you are reading this then you already have faithfully tried a mass-marketed diet like Atkins Diet or a low carb-diet, the Zone Diet, 80-10-10, the Vegan Diet, the Raw Food Diet, etc etc etc.

At best you got some results BUT it was temporary... or it is not working anymore and you are trying one thing or another to see if THIS time it will work.

The problem with ALL mass-marketed diets is they assume all humans are the same... and will have the same reaction to the same diet. This is not true. It has never been true. It will never be true.

I have read almost every popular diet book out there and the language talks like, "This is the way all human bodies react to this kind of eating..."

Not true! And you already either know this or have seen evidence of this. There are some diets you just feel awful on. Some of you just can't even handle certain foods the diet calls for.

Let me give you an example...

I have a metabolism that does best when I consume large amounts of dense, rich proteins and a high amount of fat (I am referring to good fat). I do not metabolize starches well.

If I do not eat enough, I will start to gain fat. If I do not eat enough protein and fat I will be hungry and feel low energy all the time. This means a low fat diet high in complex carbs and grains like the Ornish diet or the 80/10/10 diet will do horrible for me.

My business partner is the opposite. Her body cannot consume much dietary protein. But her metabolism metabolizes starches very well and very fast. She does not do well with a lot of dietary fat. She also does not do well with a lot of protein in her diet. Especially dense protein like dark meat.

So for her, an Atkins diet will be the worst thing for her even if is works great for me!

So that is an example of the first primary step that most programs do not have.

Instead of getting to you eat a set of foods based on someone's diet, you and I are finding out what YOUR body does best with first.

But that's just the first part. The next part is...

"Discovering Your Hidden Fat-Burning RoadBlocks And Reversing Them..."

Once we have found out your "food type," I find out your hidden health imbalances that stop your body from converting the food you eat to energy you can feel

You see...

"... if your food is not converted to energy you can feel, it will be converted to body fat.

...Your health imbalances stop converting your food to energy and force your body to store it as fat."

If you have read my book, you already know the fat-burning road-blocks I'm talking about.

But if you have not, I'll give you a few...

These imbalances block your body's ability to turn food to energy. Simply stated, they do in fact, block your fat-burning. You cannot burn fat normally when they are present.

That's why I call them "Fat-Burning Roadblocks."

In fact a lot of clients come to get coaching just for these issues and NOT even to lose weight.

Either they do not want to take medication anymore because they don't like the side-effects or they just want to know if there is a natural way to solve the problem.

Or they have come from a doctor who gave two choices...

"You need to lose weight..."

"You need to take this medication..."

But when they ask the doctor how to lose weight, the doctor says...

"Well, eat less and workout more..."

And it is said in a tone of voice like...

"C'mon, stop being such a lazy [you know what] and a hungry [you know what]..."

Yes, you are not alone. I do hear this all... the... time.

I hear this every single week. A person will email me or call me and do a free consult and tell me they were told this by their doctor.

Now, doctors are good people and are doing what they have been trained to do.

But doctors get, at most, only a few HOURS of training and experience on NUTRITION. That's it! A FEW hours. I'm talking about 4 - 8 hours in their years of training and education.

Yes, from undergraduate pre-med college studies, medical school, internship, etc... there is only a few hours of training and education on nutrition.

Doctors are trained on ILLNESS and DISEASE.

Yes... the definition of "medicine" is "the study, diagnosis and treatment of disease."

Look it up! You'll see.

Is it no wonder with the US being the most advanced in medical technology in the world..

...yet is the most medicated, the most obese, the most diabetic, has the most cancer deaths the most stroke or heart-attack deaths in the modern world!

What does this mean for you as you read this page?

This means that the reason you are having so much trouble with your weight and your health is because you are following advice and information that come from a source that is NOT based in health!

All the diet information out there follows this path...

  1. Medicine (Which is NOT a study of health but a study of disease)
  2. Marketers over simplify medical information to sell a bottle of goop or gizmo on TV
  3. Consumers believe there is ONE magic bullet
  4. Customers are told it is THEIR fault for eating too much and not exercising enough

When you get the whole picture you will not believe how some, if not MOST of the solutions, to your weight loss problems are so simple.

Since most of the "common knowledge" of health comes from the medical profession, the simple, solutions for health are not known!

Solutions for health cannot come from a profession that only studies disease!

When you come to my clinic I charge $120/visit.

I would charge $300 for the initial consult and testing to create a program for you and have you come to my clinic once a week. That comes to $780 the first month and $480 a month thereafter.

With the internet and all the easy ways to teach and transfer information through the internet, I am able to cut my price down quite a bit because there is such low overhead.

So I cut the price in half.

The first month is $400. (This includes the $150 for the Health Evaluation and Program and the $250 first month of coaching.)

Then it is $250 a month after that.

This comes to about $60/consult.

We can cancel at any time. Though, I encourage you to do it through out the whole course and to know that you have skills for life and your weight will not return.

When I first started changing my diet a week ago, I couldn't believe it. I definitely started to feel the difference.

I think once you get the knowledge on how food affects your body, the easier it is to change the way you eat. Knowledge it half the battle.

So many people eat the wrong way because they have been given bad information. There are a lot of people on diets that are really not eating the right way or eating the right things. They seem to gain the weight right back the minute they stop the diet. They feel hungry all of the time and get tempted constantly by the things they can't eat.

Well I don't feel deprived. I don't feel hungry and I haven't been tempted by anything, which is unusual for me.

Nobody ate more sugar and sweets than I did. I was always putting a cookie in my mouth. Eating chocolate or cake any chance I got. I thought it gave me more energy. I don't need that anymore. I never thought I would not want any sweets, but I don't. I feel satisfied, which is a great feeling.

My sister gave me your web sight she really praises you. She said I could ask you what I could do about my cholestrol.

I am 62 5'2 and I weight 135 lb my numbers are 246 Chol/146 tri/43 HDL LDL 176 The doctor wants to put me on medication I dont want to do that.

I have just started taking Guggal (2) 300mg, Beta-Glucan (1) 250 mg,Niacin 2 100 mg drinking (2) tablespoons of chlorophyll in water, eating oatmeal and drinking oat bran 2 tablespoons and garlic is this going to work do I need to do more. I do this everyday and I am walking at the gym They are giving me 30 days to get it down. I have thought about adding red yeast rice.

Yegyan I did not know if I should tell you this but I am. It has only been a few weeks and the changes in on the out side of me are turning 35 year olds heads. YES I have got 35 year old men after me.

I was trying to change my cholesterol I dont know if that has happened yet but now I have another thing going on.

I have got men after me from 35 to 70 years old. I am really having a lot of fun with all the attention I am getting I was not looking for weight to go so much but I am really liking this.

At 48 years old, I had spent the better part of 25 years running, working out, eating healthy food, and taking care of my body. Being somewhat of an exercise junkie, I was certain I had all the answers.

I was frustrated that my body was stuck in a state of “I’m not budging, just try and make me.” I can honestly say that I thought I knew exactly what I was supposed to be doing for myself and for my health, however, I was working in vain. What I wanted was completely eluding me.

Yegyan’s approach to diet, exercise and overall health and well-being are unlike anyone else’s. I have read countless books on diet and exercise. I have had personal trainers and diet coaches.

However, I have never felt as good or, in my opinion, looked as good as I feel and look today after following Yegyan’s advice and approach to repairing the body by correcting hormonal imbalances through nutrition and proper exercise.

Before I met Yegyan, I had been working out at the gym, but struggled to lose 10 pounds over a period of many months.

When Yegyan and I talked about that, he explained that my heart rate should not go over 126 while working out in order to be burning fat. I had had no idea, so prior to that I had been working as hard as I could push it, out to 135 and even 140 and believing I was doing the best thing possible to lose weight in a healthy manner.
