Weight Loss Myths

weight loss myths

Welcome to the weight loss myths page.

What is a myth? a myth is defined by Encarta Dictionary as a "false belief: a widely held but mistaken belief".

Here is a list of that exist and are in vogue today.

Each of these, if followed, will at best limit your health and weight loss efforts. The entire site is devoted to dispelling myths related to weight loss and showing you true reasons for successful and unsuccessful weight loss. Some of these may be hard for you to really grasp or accept. That's okay. Just be open to different viewpoints and always look at results as the final say.
