Weight Loss Pictures

Create some weight loss pictures for yourself. If you are serious about this, this will be the ultimate form of encouragement for you.

With the natural weight loss principles I lay out here are based on the way your metabolism and body work. It is the way human bodies' metabolism have worked for centuries. When you align with it the results are very dramatic. And no weight or tape measurements can show the dramatic transformation you will go through than your weight loss pictures will.


Why to Do It

Here's what happens when people use my natural weight loss method. They get more energy, feel lots better, better than they ever remember feeling, their measurements change, hair gets fuller and shinier, skin gets smoother and more develops a glow. BUT the weight does not drop as much as they wanted it to. I don't focus on weight. I focus on natural health. When the health improves at a fundamental level, fat melts off. Actually many, unwanted health symptoms go away. Excess and unsightly fat is one of them.

When the weight loss stalls I always get this panicked or disappointed look from my clients. I have to keep getting them to look at their body fat percentage and also their measurements. That calms them down a lot.

When I got them looking at their weight loss pictures and called them that, it changed the focus OFF weight loss and onto health and fitness.


Hard to See Gradual Changes

But what they can't do is see the physical changes that are taking place. It is like a kid you have not seen for a long time. They can grow a lot and look very different when you see them again but the effect is not the same for the parents. The parents of this child sees him or her everyday. So they don't process the small changes.

You won't process the changes because you are so used to thinking only about your weight as that is a very poor measure to use unless you are very overweight. But even then after a certain amount of weight is lost, you should not use weight as the primary measure.


Take Pictures Every Month

What my clients keep forgetting is what they looked like when they began my program. When they take pictures every month or every 30 days, that is the most dramatic of all the things to gauge your progress.

As I talk about in "Build Lean Muscle", it always surprises people how little muscle they have on their bodies when they get to see it. It is not that much. Men that are trying to lose weight often believe a lot of their size is muscle. Hate to break it to them but it is not. So when on my program, they end up gaining muscle and the shape of their bodies change. Women get hour-glass figures and men develop V shaped bodies from their former pear and apple shapes.

So, take pictures when you begin a weight loss program. Take them in such a way that it shows your body shape. Then take pictures again every 30 days. With this program this will be the most dramatic change that occurs. You will also get the most encouragement from this.
