| Bowflex Select Tech Dumbbells | These dumbbells are very versatile and allow you start with a very light weight but also graduate up to heavier weights later as you build your strength. The picture does correctly show the relative size of these dumbbells. When you get them they are much larger than you will anticipate them to be. There comes a point where bands may not be enough for you. After your fat % gets to 30% to 25% you want to start using heavier weights if you want to take the fitness route. | |
| Juicer - Omega 8005 | For the money, this is the best juicer I have tried. Can't say I have tried them all but I think trying 15 is a good enough number to feel like I have not been glib. My Criteria: - Easy to clean
