Weight loss while in Ketosis and estrogen dominance
by Danielle Comolli
(Burlington, Ontario, Canada)
Suffered from Adrenal fatigue last year and took 4 month to recover from it.
This year watching what I eat and how I train and still having a hard time leaning out.
Diet wise I am doing 80% good fats 20% protein(grass fed)
and less than 50g leafy greens
Supplements:
B complex; vit e; vit c; fish oil-6g/day; DIM; ALA; relora; NAC; Phosphetydalcyrene(??) Food Enzymes; Bioflavanoids
Was exercising almost daily...crossfit style workouts with 2 days rest per week usually 2 days heavy lifting and 3 days crossfitting
Sleep 7-9 hrs depending on the day
Now 2 times per week lifting
2 days rest
3 days of walking 2-3 times/day about 40minutes/walk
water intake 3-4L per day
rarely have coffee(maybe once a week)
One carb up day/week
not sure what I am doing wrong..I am almost give up on dieting and just stepping up my training again, because at least I am happy getting stronger.
I am getting acupuncture to balance my body but not sure that is the only thing that will.
Please lead me in the right direction to a leaner body

I totally hear you. If you have adrenal fatigue then the last thing you want to do is cross-fit exercise.
In general, cross-fit training is the best you can find BUT adrenal fatigue is a game changer.
If the adrenals are fatigued then intense exercise causes fat storage.

Stay in touch and let me know what you find. You can turn this around!
Most likely your adrenals are nto fuly recovered. I ahve spent years studying what the adrenals need and most people don't look deep enough into the health of the adrenals.
Let me know!
