Exercising with weights is the best resistance training exercises you can use. However, it is not the most convenient and that is why most people do not use it. Also, it is generally not appealing to women.

It is also expensive if you decide to buy weights and not use a gym. However, if you understand it and know what to look for it can be a very good investment for you in time and money.

Exercising with weights is simply resistance training but using weights.

There are exercises and benefits you can get with weights that you cannot get with any other resistance equipment.

The challenge of investing in your own weight equipment is that in order to get all the exercises you can do with weights, you need other equipment and they can take up space and be a bit more expense.
