Hello Kim,
I'm so sorry to hear that.
Ok most kidney stones are calcium stones. One of the first things you want to do for that is to consume more (a lot more) calcium, but it has to be consumed in the right way. Calcium is absorbed into the muscle only if it is in an acidic solution. So products like Peter Gillham's Calcium Magnesium formula http://www.petergillham.com/wp/2009/11/natural-calm/
and "A to B Calm" http://www.calmag.com/
are good products to get calcium into the body and assimilated correctly.
You may be wondering why calcium is needed when it seems calcium what makes up the stones? Well, the stones are forming because calcium in the body is not being absorbed properly.
It is being leeched out of the body too fast and getting stuck in your kidney. Calcium has to combine with other elements to be able to dissolve and pass through the kidneys.
So drinking a lot of good clean water will really help as a first step. 1 liter for every 30 - 40 pounds of body weight a day.
The water can be replaced with the cal-mag drink. as well. You want to drink as much of that as you can.
You can also replace servings of water with juices as well. Using juices from fruits and vegetables that are alkalizing are the best way to go. Here is a link for that.

The other (lesser) reason for kidney stones is gout. This comes from too much uric acid going into the kidneys
the best way to reduce uric acid is to reduce foods that contain something called purine. They are Organ meats like liver, Animal protein, Sardines and Anchovies, Seafood, Some vegetables ? asparagus, cauliflower, spinach and mushrooms, Foods high in fructose and sucrose, Alcohol
Consuming a lot of vitamin c and pantothenic acid (Vitamin b5) is also very helpful in reducing uric acid.
You do all of these together and they won't counteract each other.
Remove as much acid forming foods from the diet.
As for your question about juicing for 90 days. That is a bit extreme for a lot of people. You can do a intermittent fast for 3 - 5 days.
There are people that do build up to doing liquid fasts for a long time. I did it once for a month and it was incredibly beneficial from a energy, health and wellness perspective but it is something to build up to. And you don't need it to get relief.
Let me know if this answers your question!
Cheers,
Yegyan
