What is the most effective weight loss diet for me based on my lifestyle?

My work is office-based where I practically stay in front of the computer the whole day. How do I watch my diet and start to lose weight the healthiest way?

Hi there and thank you for your question.

If you get my book it outlines how to start and modify an exercise routine as well as how to phase a diet into your life. I also write a lot about how to organize and prepare food as well what to eat and why.

The first thing I want to suggest is to get my book and to get a true education as to what makes true healthy natural weight loss.

When you have the education you can see for yourself how to make better decisions throughout the day.

Having said that, I would first start with figuring out what to eat, when and getting that organized first.

Then I would get the exercises sorted out.

Next, I usually get people who are office workers to get on a sleep diet first. There is often a 10 pound weight loss when sleep is restored.

I don't know much about your particular situation so I will say that in general, you want to have 20 - 45 mins of well performed exercise 3 - 6 days a week.
