by rag

Question

i married six months ago and i keep doing excersie but i still gaining weight is there is any solutions what is relation

Answer

That is a great question and thank you for asking. There is actually no relation between the two. However, there are other factors attendant with a major event or change in life.

I have seen the same thing happen in many different ways. A new job. A promotion. A new project.

When I had a client going through something new what I found was it had to do with stress. Stress comes in many forms. Also there is physical stress that the nervous system reacts to that we don't emotionally equate to emotional stress or worry.

What I saw was that their heartrate actually started behaving differently. There was a new job and they had to work more. The stress level changed the body chemistry. But if you asked them about it, they would not have guessed it affected their heartrate that much.

The reason I bring up the heartrate so much is because all the exercise that I train clients on is almost completely dependent on the behavior of the heart rate.

Also you should read about cortisol ...

and Sleep

This is not to say that you are being stressed by your new bride or groom! Far from it. There is just a lot more to fat storage than what meets the eye.

Chances are you are also experiencing some of the symptoms of excess cortisol and over training.

If this does not address it, please let me know!
