Why Green, Purple, and Yellow

You specifically mention in nutrient timing that green purple and yellow RAW foods can be eaten in unlimited quantity. So what about raw foods of other colors like red, orange, white(like mushrooms, onions, bean sprouts) etc...? Are raw nuts and seeds included? First cold pressed olive oil?
