Your recommended Workout

Good Morning Ye Gyan.
I wanted to let you know that even though I have only been working out for two and a bit weeks I can feel stronger. Yesterday I went for a walk/hike and wasn't huffing and puffing as I would. I would be able to walk but would have to stop and catch my breath. Yesterday I just kept my pace without stopping, thanks to you.
To think that I have only been working out for only two weeks and didn't know that my body was already getting fitter than I thought.
